By paying the booking fee or in full for hair and makeup the client is agreeing to the terms and conditions laid out below.

 

Ashley Collett and her team are not liable for damages to the clients or items.

 

Client is responsible for any bridge tolls & parking charges, this includes valet, this amount will be charged to the hotel room or to be paid with the invoice and is not included in travel fees. Any start times before 8:30 will incur a early fee of $50 per hour excl GST.

 

In light of developing situations with the coronavirus. clients must disclose if they have been in an affected area and are feeling symptoms it must be disclosed to the stylist and it’s up to their discretion if services will be completed.
The client must disclose any infectious or contagious conditions to the stylist, the stylist will choose whether it is safe to perform makeup or styling on client. This includes and is not limited to flu, cold, cold sores, lice, conjunctivitis, etc.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

A set time will be arranged between the client and Ashley Collett, any changes to time within 24 hours of the booking will incur a $100 reschedule fee. Any clients or members of the party getting ready must be there in the time specified by Ashley Collett, if a member of the party or the client is late a $25 fee per 15 minutes late will be charged.

Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

50% of the remaining balance is payable for cancellations 1 month prior to the booking.

The full amount is payable for cancellations within 2 weeks of the booking.

If your event cannot proceed due to Government restrictions all payments are non refundable but can be held in credit for one year from original booking date.

NZ Border and or quarantine restrictions are not accepted as a valid postponement reason. A postponement will not be accepted should the client or attendees not be able to enter NZ or make the quarantine time restrictions put in place by the Government.

In the case Ashley Collett can’t fulfil a booking, she reserves the right to do so at any time, if she is unable to perform her duties for any reason. If Ashley can’t find a suitable replacement, the client will receive a refund (minus services already performed – e.g Bridal Trial). Refunds will be made within 30 days.

All payments are non-refundable.
